Como estan Ya'll?!

Como estan Ya'll?!

Welp, everything really is bigger in Texas. That creepy looking thing I'm standing next to is an aloe vera plant. Cray cray right?? Haha anyway, this week has been another great one. It's SUPER hot here now. Bienvenidos a Texas, verdad? Lots of stuff happened this last week, but I'll only have time to mention my favorite stories. During hora de poder we knocked a completely white person neighborhood close to the beach in la porte, and guess what? They were NICE white people! Usually the white people are mad when we knocked and the latinos are always nice and willing to listen. Anyway, we met some cool people and were able to give them over to the English sisters.

We talked to a lady from Mexico who is a Jehova's Witness, and she was NICE to us, and even let us pray with her.

Also, this week we taught our 90 year old less active again and did service there at the care center. The old ladies wanted me to play the piano. Before I left this one lady that sat RIGHT next to me the whole time said, "Thank you for playing." I said you're welcome, and that we'd come visit next week. Then she grabbed my hand and said, "I love you." I said,"aw I love you too." And then she started crying and said, "I will always love you!" Haha, aw, I love crazy old ladies!

Anyway, this week we have Elder Golden from the Seventy coming and I have exchanges with another greenie tonight and we are both nervious because of the whole Spanish thing. haha let you know next week!

Con amor
